Description

The Event Manager should engage the support team to perform periodic reviews of monitoring logs to ensure that event capture, assessment and responses are timely and as expected. The Event Manager should analyze events to ensure that the rules configured on technology configuration items are effective enough to detect events that are meaningful to business. In case of errors in event handling, the Event Manager should take appropriate actions and keep all relevant stakeholders informed on the same.
